JPMorgan: Capital Connect
Client Project: Worked with J.P. Morgan Chase to launch their newest private bank product, Capital Connect. Capital Connect aims to bring together entrepreneurs, VCs and LPs to help them find new opportunities, build networks and get deals done.

Lead project management in regards to redesigning Capital Connect’s logo and visual identity system. Served as the liaison between the creative team and client to ensure appropriate design reviews and approvals. Point-person for client questions in regards to colors, fonts etc.
Assisted production manager in the production of an animated ad for Capital Connect.
Briefed Bullish creative team on building out 62 creative assets for advertisement (incl. static/animated digital, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, audio ads, and a bus wrap). Quality assured and delivered final assets to media agency WPP for publishing.
Led project management in designing Capital Connect’s informational site. Collaborated with Bullish’ copywriter to ensure website copy accurately described the product.
Walmart: Walmart Money
Client Project: Worked with Walmart to crack the code on how to market their financial service offerings to customers, conducting research to land on a positioning statement and sub-brand name: Walmart Money. Walmart Money offers credit and debit options, bill pay, transfers, deposit and withdrawal services, and tax prep.

Assisted Walmart research team in running consumer research to test Walmart’s financial services name and 4 different positioning statements.
Wrote copy for signage in the new Walmart Money Center, which relaunched with the new Walmart Store of the Future.
Conducted competitive analysis on the following companies: Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Venmo and Cash App.
Researched financial industry landscape, developing the core cultural momentum thesis for our white space opportunity mapping.
Built Business Case deck that was circulated internally by Walmart, outlining why and how Walmart teams should cross-marketing with Walmart Money services and products.
Assisted strategy team in the creation of a brand architecture that outlined Walmart Money as a sub-brand of Walmart, similar to the likes of Walmart Health.

Horizon Hobby
Client Project: Worked with the largest RC Hobby distributor Horizon Hobby to refine their core consumer persona and create a brand strategy to accelerate them as a DTC-focused company.

Developed and implemented a new Bullish client onboarding process to dive deep into Horizon Hobby’s business.
Collaborated with research recruitment team to source and schedule virtual and in-person interview participants.
Synthesized findings from consumer research to develop the consumer psychographics, consumer muse and consumer journey map.
Conducted competitive analysis on the following companies: Traxxas, Amain Hobbies, Motion RC, HobbyTown, and RC Superstore. Culminated in a 70 page deck presentation to the client.
